Financial Options & Insurance

Insurance Benefits

Some of our patients utilize dental insurance to supplement healthcare fees. Our administrative team works to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits by reviewing these benefits with the insurance company and by submitting x-rays, photos and doctor findings on electronic claim forms.

At the time services are provided, patients have an option of paying fees in full and receiving reimbursement from the insurance company or of paying the difference between the insurance company’s anticipated payment and the total fee for the services. The second option is available to patients who elect to have the insurance company assign payment to Wesley Chapel Dentistry and leave a credit card authorization on file for any balances remaining after the insurance company closes the claim.

Interest-Free and Extended Term Financing

CareCredit® and Capital One® provide options for patients to obtain the treatment they want today while allowing them the convenience of making interest-free payments for up to 18 months or extending payments for up to 60 months.
